Mamentor Oy is the most innovative company in Finland concentrating on competence development. Our roots are deeply in ICT training and consulting - an area of which we have tens of years of experience. Based on this experience we have created our own tool to further enhance the possibilities in competence management and development. It's called MentorAid.

MentorAid has been developed in co-operation with our customers. We have divided MentorAid services to five categories: communications, web-based training, competence management, questionnaires and testing&modeling. Current users of MentorAid include Cisco Systems Finland, Pohjanmaan Puhelin, Laurea University of Applied Science and Santa Monica Networks.

In addition to training, we offer our knowledge in terms of consulting. Our customers include operators, small and large integrators and traditional ICT end-user organizations. Our consulting projects include the whole selection from network design to service product development.

Our office is located in Perkkaa, Espoo. On the premises we have a video studio that can be used for creating content to MentorAid. Our customers are welcome to use the studio.
